I made a folded card and followed a tutorial by Birgit http://biba-paperdreams.blogspot.be/...tandkarte.html
The image of the girl is from an old decoupage sheet from LeSuh (Art house Design 777.126)cut by hand and made 3D.
For further embellishments I used a pink ribbon/bow with an iron flower and blue pearl and a few yellow Rhinestones.
