What a fantastic website for inspiration! I chose this palette for both the great masculine colors AND the music theme. This will be for my nephew who has played in a rock band for over 20 years now!
I randomly stamped the music score in Silver over the Ice Blue parchment then framed with rust red. Die cut both the words and the music staff from Midnight glitter and adhered to my base. Finally I colored the guitar with prismacolor pencils, fussy cut and adhered with mounting tape.

Super cool card for your nephew. I love the musical notes and that awesome guitar. I sure remember seeing that color palette and even printed it out thinking I may use it. Would you believe I am wearing a necklace/bracelet right now made out of guitar strings??? Funny, huh?

The way you angled the letters and guitar makes it feel like the whole card is dancing. This is so much fun. The faint music in the bg looks terrific. What a perfect card for someone who has played in a band.
