I used the same technique as the dragon card, sponged ink onto the cling wrap and sprayed with rubbing alcohol applied the photo paper and stamped the image and the French sentiment which means: rien de plus reel que les rêves: nothing is more realistic than dreams
I used a white gel pen to doodle the feathers
