This is the 9th week of 2018 and therefore the 9th week of my personal 50-week States of the Union Challenge. This week I researched the state of New Hampshire and discovered all kinds of fun information. Then I chose one tidbit as my inspiration for this week's card.
New Hampshire's Mount Monadnock is the most hiked mountain in the United States, and is second in the world to Mount Fuji in Japan.

What a darling card, Jeanette, and what a great idea to research about the state. That's a really interesting fact that I'm sure even the most experienced hiker wouldn't know. Clever...but I really love this sweet little gal and the beautiful card you made. Just love the colors, DP and coloring! Hugs! xoxo

This is an utterly charming card with the beautifully colored hiker and all the perfect detail such as the cloth "belt" and red polka dot background. I loved visiting your blog and learning ever so much more about New Hampshire. I look forward to reading the future installments and seeing the resulting card posts inspired by each state.
