This card was designed for the SC686 Sketch Challenge using items from my stash :-) I struggle with CAS cards and decided to create one...once I had the card assembled (minus the kitty), this die cut kitty was laying on my desk and I thought it would be a purr-fect accent for my plain card :-) I can never let it go CAS and have to keep adding (in fact, I even added sequins but when I photographed the card, it looked better in the photo without the sequins)....
As I mentioned, I already had the kitty plus the snowflake and horizontal stitched strip already cut and in my stash, so I just had to score a few lines for the vertical elements in the sketch and die cut an oval.
I used markers to stamp the sentiment, trimmed it by hand and the card was done- quick and simple!
I am also linking this card to the USEIT2018 Challenge as well as the Christmas card challenge for February.
Not sure when I will be able to post to my blog but will link later this week once it is live :-)
Thanks again for taking the time to look- hugs and I hope you have a great week!

Fun Christmas card, Julie! I like all the faux stitching, especially on that fabulous snowflake. I like the green, red and white traditional colors and that little black kitty is such a fun addition : )

Super cute, Julie. Love the Christmas colors, the stitching, the large snowflake and the cute kitten. The red grid paper is terrific with the white & green. Well done with the sketch. TFS
