Tried the stained glass technique using Copics and totally disliked it and scraped that one!
So I went with distress inks and using an aqua brush painted in the shapes that were outlined with a Tombow blue marker. Went with blue for the ocean for the ship stamp.
Embossed the panel after painting with a square design for texture. TFL!!

Wow this is amazing!! So many elements to look at! I love the way this is colored, the embossing and then your stamp; makes this a winner!!
