The CAS469 challenge to use a background stamp as the focal point gave me the perfect opportunity to try Brushos on a solid stamp. I painted water on the stamp (which was not enough water), sprinkled the Brushos on, and then sprayed water on liberally. I dabbed off the excess with a paper towel, and spread it around with a paint brush. Then I stamped it onto the Bristol paper. I dabbed off more excess, sprayed more water, sprinkled more of the Brushos, trying hard to like it. The result was not what I expected, and I was sure it was headed for the trash. Like a lot of my experiments, I looked at it, thought about it, trimmed it, and thought of a way to salvage it. I decided I like it well enough to submit here.
Thanks for looking.
