I needed a sympathy card today so this card of Susy's seemed to lend itself well to that type of application.
Instead of die cutting my scalloped oval, I decided to try using the die to just emboss the shape then stamped my sentiment into that. I think this William Wordsworth quote is so appropriate for a Sympathy card) I added lots of tinier blossoms to frame my oval both top and bottom, dotted in bits of lime stickles to the flower centers & throughout the leaves and finished with a die cut wavy border down the right edge. This panel was mounted on to my midnight glitter cardstock.

Fabulous. I had this stamp set on my desk today. I have always loved the verse. What a great idea to use it for a sympathy card. Beautifully done from your inspiration. TFS

What a beautiful sympathy card, I like your embossed oval with those beautiful flowers all around. The curve down the side is a lovely finishing touch.
