A big congrats to Susy, the newest Featured Stamper! She has such a lovely gallery & there were many I wanted to case, but I kept going back to THIS one. I really like the white on kraft so I kept that & the layout, but I used different images, added a little color to my flowers & made mine a birthday card w/ a few more layers.
After white embossing the flowers, I added some pale colors w/ Prismacolor pencils. I added a fussy cut tab w/ the greeting on it & a fussy cut dragonfly on the ribbon. I used a white gel pen to add some dots because I forgot I wanted to add some white splatter before I put the card together :)
Congrats again, Susy! Thanks so much for looking. Closeups & the inside are on my blog The Write Stuff (along w/ my card for the Inspiration Challenge...forgot about it so I put them together).

Julie, your interpretation of my card is so fresh and fun! Love the soft touches of color you added to the flowers and the polka dot tulle has me drooling. The dragonfly adds the perfect finishing touch to this light and airy spring card. Two thumbs up from me! :D

So pretty...I an see why you went back to that one...it was so nice and with the neat ribbon on it. I love the texture you created. Great job with your inspirational piece...and with such pretty and soft spring colors...TFs..:0)
