This is my submission for the Alpha Challenge to make a Valentine for someone special. I made these bookmarks to be tags for my teacups that I gave ladies in my Bible study. I cut the the cs the size (2") to fit in the punch to punch the tops. That way I could attach the ribbon. I then put DSP on the topside of the bookmark, and decorated with hearts from the Spellbinder heart die, and the tiny hearts out of a heart border punch.
I can still use the border, but just used the hearts that punched out. I stamped all the bookmarks with Happy Valentines Day stamp from Teeny tiny Wishes set. I did that by putting it in my Misti. Sure is easy that way when you are stamping a bunch! It has been awhile since I used that stamp and that punch. Also used my corner punch on the bookmark and the DSP. I typed our verse Phil 4:4 on the computer on white carstocki and that the teacup was from my Mom and I. Even though Mom is gone, I included her. These are from both of our teacup collections. I put that white cs on the back of the bookmark.
Thanks for looking.

What a beautiful tribute to your Mum and to your Bible group friends. Sharon your write-up brought tears to my eyes. Your Mum must have been a VERY special lady to have YOU as her daughter.
