My card fits this week's Mix-Ability challenge - check the Mix-Ability Challenge Forum for all the details! I stamped the dog image onto patterned paper and created the scene around him with watercolor and colored pencils. My card is a tri-fold card... the base is 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 4-1/4", and 8-1/2", and then cut on the flap with a stitched border die. To keep it closed, I attached a button with a brad so it would just overlap the edge of the flap when in place, but release the flap when it was rotated down. Stamp set can be found HERE.

Awww! This is so poignant! Such a sweet card. Makes me think of my sis. She is caring for her 8-year-old pup who is in her last days. Crash was diagnosed with a brain tumor too large to operate on.

Great perspective in that image, and such a sweet card. I'm going to have to think about this one... patterned paper isn't my forte. Loved the sentiment in your challenge post sample

Beautiful heartfelt card I can certainly relate to this week. I love the grassy look created around your pup on the musical DP. The bottom is a great idea to keep the top flap closed.

My heart is so touched by this card. I love dogs, and this stamp is wonderful! Those soulful eyes and peaceful demeanor are wonderful. AND how you addressed the layout and accomplished the background only add to the image itself. Wonderful card!
