The weather is awful here in England so I went all out with the bright happy colours for today's Colour Challenge. I cut the image on the Cricut in black and pink at 4.5'' I snipped the girl and dog from the black and laid over the pink die cut. I stamped the message on peach, adding it to the kite. I masked off the grass as it's quite tall and I wanted more of a lawn than a meadow! I die cut and glued the tiny blossoms into the grass. I popped the image and clouds up with foam pads.
I linked challenges today because I want to join the Teapot Tuesday challenge too - Chinese New Year - the year of the dog. This card will be winging it's way to Alberta in Canada with love and hope for a successful bone marrow therapy for 12 year old Alex.

Your silhouette of the girl and dog just pops against the bright background colors! I love the kite and the flowers; they give such a happy feel to this get well card. Alex will love it!
