This is for Robin's terrific Color Challenge. These colors together said "celebration" to me. Balloons are a great way to get the party started! This is almost a no-stamping card, but I did use some mini background stamps & VersaMark ink on the balloons to give them a little pizzazz. The turquoise balloon is glued to the panel, the berry balloon has two smaller balloons glued underneath to give it a little lift and the peach balloon is popped up on Dimensionals. The balloon strings are Baker's Twine for dessert and gathered up with an Itty Bitty bow. The sentiment is die-cut twice & layered for a shadow effect. Awesome colors. Hope you will join in & have fun using them! TFL

There are so many things to love about this card, Diane! The balloons are great with their dimension, and I love the banner effect of the blue strip and the teensy bow. Adorable!
