This is for Pam's Color Challenge; I am thrilled to be a guest designer for February. Pam's lovely color combo reminded me of pansies and this old favorite teacup stamp. The image was heat embossed in black and then watercolored. After all was dry, I painted over the whole image with Smooch Pearlized Top Coat. It is so pretty and sparkly IRL. I laid a Sky embossed background on a Wisteria card base, wrapped a light blue organdy ribbon around and popped up the die-cut image on top. Finished with some scattered pearls for dessert. I look forward to seeing your creativity inspired by these pretty colors. TFL

Beautiful tea cup card, Diane! Love the soft colors and that vintage image. The pearls, and that organdy ribbon are fabulous on here. Thanks Diane for the inspiration!
