1. Use something different besides your CS or DSP like fabric or netting or glimmer paper, etc.
I used some netting of some kind under the numbers.
2. Use at least one of the following: button, eyelets or brads. I used the leaf buttons.
3. Use at least one of your punches. I used the lattice punch and the corner punch.
4. Use a border or borders on your page. I made a lattice border with the punch.
We are using stash on our layouts. Come play!
Thanks for looking!

Sharon, this is fabulous! Love the netting under the numbers, the colors (so retro) and the memory of your home and the progressive dinner. What a great page with such history- thanks again for sharing with all of us!! Hugs and I hope you have a blessed week!

Great lattice border which goes so nice with the idea of deck pics since they often went together back then. Also love the netting and numbers. Very creative!

Me too Sharon! I love memories of Church progressive dinners ... so fun! You've done a great job scrapping these older pictures and I really like the date as the title on the netting

Great job capturing the Hays memories. I definitely need to pull out all those borders I bought over 15 years ago ... those that I am saving for that special layout!

I love that you showed the picture of the house, but also took the time to write about something that happened in that house. It makes the story behind the pictures so much more interesting and relevant. I also like the green strips that draw your eye down the page like two columns in a newspaper.
