Today I'm over on the Altenew Blog for February's Inspiration Challenge with an azalea flower photograph I took last year at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. It was a delightful day for a friend's birthday. We walked around the gardens, stopped for coffee, took lots of pictures, wandered a bit further, stopped for lunch and then bought a few plants in the shop on the way home. I enjoyed it so much that I'm meeting a University friend I haven't seen for ages there next week. It will be a little different at this time of year though - it is predicted to be below 0C/30F ❄️ I think lots of stops for hot chocolate will be in order ☕️😃👍🏻 Anyway, I'm getting off track! Back to the challenge, the graphic inspired this pencil coloured card. Call by to see the challenge photo and find out more about this card:

Debby, this is exquisite! I love your coloring no matter what media you use, but I especially love seeing your pencil work (since I've been trying to work on my own skills with pencil). Beautifully done and just so inspiring! Warm hugs!
