Carla gave me this sweet stamp set for my birthday! Isn't she darling? The inspiration photo is mostly pink with a bit of yellow so I just went for it. Pink, pink, pink! I had a really rough day so it just seemed very appropriate to add the sentiment "happy thoughts" on this very pink card!
I used the Cross-stitch rectangle die that my friend JaneenK gave me, again, I think for my birthday .
I like the idea of using a stitched die frame for a card inspired by needlepoint!
I know of only one other person that loves pink as much as I do and I know she needs happy thoughts too so I will send this out to her soon!

I love your sweet girl with the butterfly wings, Angie, and all the others fluttering about your card. Your cross stitch die was so perfect for this challenge and the stamp is perfect for your inspiration. You've gotten some wonderful gifts. I didn't know you had a birthday....so sorry I missed it. I can't keep up. :( I'm so happy you got to play. Big huggies~~~~~~

Cute butterfly girl. Notice a lot of the featureless faces lately on SCS....must be the new trend. Has to be easier to color. : ) Like the gright pink with the yellow.
