Well ... when I looked at the F4A challenge this morning, I guess I did not pay attention to the date. You know when you are retired, you don't always know the date .. or even what day it is!!! All I saw was 'make a scene' by Shirley. I knew what I'd do because I watched a video today of the Coast Guard ice cutter breaking up the ice jam at the mouth of our river & Lake Erie. I wanted a beach scene.
As I uploaded I looked again for the keyword & saw that Wendy offered the F4A challenge TODAY. Her challenge is 'all the love'. Well ... I love the beach, I love the main stamp set, so I decided to upload to BOTH challenges. I hope that's OK. She is waiting for her love to return ....
Wendy I hope your mother is feeling better.
Thanks for stopping by.

I've been in her shoes several times right there at the oceanfront waiting the arrival of my love! Such a wonderful feeling the moment I spotted him after all those months of being separated. Thanks for the memories, Karen. A truly lovely beach scene...beautifully colored and stamped! I see the ibbg stamp came in handy for your sand~

This is such a lovely scene Karen. I love the ocean you added to complete this scene of the pretty young lass looking off into the distance for her true love. Your card is beautifully colored and thoughtfully designed. ~Karen.
