I had watercolored these stripes a few days ago using Flirty Flamingo (reinker). I used thin washi tape to protect the white stripe area. I cut that down using a Wonky Stitched rectangle die and layered the stripe paper on black and then white. Next I used a starburst die to cut the circle and I layered that on black also. I stamped the image twice, once on the card and then fussy cut one panda and used a heart instead of the balloon. I embossed the sentiment and cut it in a heart and then following the sketch I embossed some black splatters and then added some hearts as well using the Stampin' Up! confetti heart punch. Thanks for looking!
