I cut a paper towel to 4x51/4" then dragged curry, then marina mist, then navy onto the paper towel. I cut out an oval for the image then a larger oval from the paper towel. I turned the oval the opposite of the frame. I stamped and colored the image. I used the daisy punch for the flower. I cut the petals and placed them closely to each other to form her dress.
Not sure what I want for a sentiment. This was fun, I've never done a background like this.

Oh I love this. That BG and using a paper towel is yummy. I recently used this stamp and so wanted to cut out a dress for the image but ran out of time. I love the colour and the petal dress....awesome I've added it to my favourites. TFS Happy day

What a neat effect with the oval reversed and put back in. I'm glad you had fun with this. Beautiful You's custom skirt looks super too. I'm getting a Spanish flamenco feel from this, although I know their skirts are more tiered.

Wow! This is a fantastic piece of art showcasing the paper towel technique. I love how your coloring of the towel in different colors, creating an oval with the design upside down, and adding petals for the lady's skirt! Very creative, Sue!! Love it!
