as my inspiration. The yellow checks in the background were replicated with the embossed background on my card and a spray of flowers added.
These are my two favourite colours and my favourite flower.
Too hot here to day to do anything much around the house - other than sit under the air conditioning vent. Lucky my crafting is carried out on the dining room table - right under a vent.
Today I have been playing with some of my Christmas Presents. I am trying out these lovely new (well new to me) stamps. The image is stamped and embossed and coloured. It was then fussy cut and the sentiment stamped on. I embossed the background and then layered the image on it - only to find that I had stamped the sentiment on it upside down. After some more fussy cutting to get rid of the sentiment I stamped the sentiment again on the matching purple card and put it underneath image - major stuff up avoided.
Time now for a cold drink I think.
Hope you enjoy.

My goodness, you have made a gorgeous card here! I love this wonderful spray of pansies and how you have positioned them around this frame and your sentiment. The yellow embossed bg brings your eye right to this wonderful image panel. I giggled about you stamping your sentiment upside down because I did that yesterday myself- it happens, right? You can use the heat and I will use the cold for my reasons. Ha! There is something so happy and uplifting about pansies making this a truly wonderful thinking of you card. Hugs! ~Karen.

So pretty! I love yellow and purple together and your card shows why. Great save on your card. It is so strange to hear someone talk about how hot it is, I'm glad you have AC!
