I promise this is my last card for Janelle's Just a Drizzle MIXed media challenge. On this one, I drizzled water over the hot UTEE on some of my circles. I'll add a close-up photo in the challenge thread so you can see better. It gives a better result on glass - maybe the glass keeps the UTEE melted for longer, but there's still a clear difference between the drizzled and the undrizzled ones.
My base layer was a very soft piece of Alcohol Marker Marbling done with Sharpies on glossy card.
I edged it with some distress EP, and stamped on the seahorse and some bubbles (embossed with iridescent ice). The seahorse is coloured with Sharpies and alcohol inks.
The circles - well, originally I had a different card for them but I liked it better without so I started making this one instead. They're punched from a sheet of cling wrap background using Brusho powders and spray starch on glossy card. Each one has three layers of UTEE, and I dripped water onto most of them while the last layer was still hot.
Die-cut the fronds from another scrap in my box and assembled the scene, finishing it with some Stickles bubbles and a sentiment.

Now you have piqued my interest in this hot water and UTEE. Going to have to hunt mine down and give it a try! The circles really came out well and love your little under the sea scene.
