I made up a bunch of backgrounds using tissue paper. You have to use craft tissue as most gift wrap tissues will not bleed. I had a lot of scrap on my table from cutting up the tissue so I shredded it even more--confetti like. I spritzed my watercolor panel with water and spread the confetti paper all over the panel and spritzed some more. When the paper dried, I wiped it off and was left with the colorful background. I used the eclipse technique I learned in a class with Pam to cut out the candles and popped them up on white foam cut from the same dies. #mftstamps

Love how you did the bg. Always good to know how to use up scraps! We had the eclipse technique in Falliday Fest! It is really fun to do! Great colors on yr birthday card!
