This is for Carey's terrific Sketch Challenge. She stated that any shape could be used and since I love hearts, I was all set ..... then I decided to use hexagons because I just had to have this stamp set & punch and I've barely touched them. It's nice to revisit using this shape & these items. Thanks Carey! I stamped & punched out the hexagons in different colors and patterns on a polka-dot background with distressed & sponged edges. The hexagons are smaller, so I enlarged the banner and the area became a collage to make a thank you card for a friend. The linen thread brought in another use of the Crumb Cake color. TFL
Fun sketch! Hope you play along.

I really like this card for the sketch! I have always loved the prints in that stamp set and the use of the coordinating papers for the background and sentiment layer is fabulous - into my faves!

Glad you decided to give this set a go. I love all the papers you selected to make this card.

Diane, love the colors and use of the hexagon stamp set (one I had to have as well and need to give it some "love" soon) :-)) Great job with this week's sketch- hugs, sweet friend!
