I had so much fun getting my hands dirty to make this card! I tried to add some white highlights with gel pen, but alas, it was dried up. Then I tried a chubby Fabre Castell pen in white....looked like a wee one did it. So I wiped it off as best I could...to cover it, I added gold shimmer paint. Super tough to photograph. I bought a bag of assorted heart charms and dang it, I'm using them!
I should add, this was done for TLC...a new way to silhouette. Stamp an image and color in with a black sharpie!

This turned out beautifully, love the silhouette against the Brusho background! My recent success with a white gel pen that actually worked was with a Sakura white jellyroll, but I'm not sure any are perfect.
