I took some liberties with the silhouette idea and left the tail lights and license tag as if they were illuminated. Did a crosshatch for the grounding. The background was in my stash--it is spritzing with a report folder.
No, I didn't have a particular trip in mind when I made this ATC, but I do love me a good road trip and I have been blessed to take a lot of memorable trips by land and by air in recent years. When we were kids, my parents were masters of the road trip on a budget--we made a lot of good memories--even if they didn't seem so good while we were running out of gas and other incidents. So, this card stands as a commemoration of them all. Here's to road trips in the land of the free!
This Artist Trading Card is for my ATC Technique Album.

This is so great! I have never done an ATC, but the idea of a technique album is awesome! This was a fun image for the challenge AND I love the tail lights - that is the thing about art...Its yours and you are in control! Thanks so much for playing along!

I enjoyed your write-up. Ireland isn't really big enough for road trips, but I certainly remember some eventful drives to the west and northwest for childhood holidays. I like the Blessed licence plate and glowing rear lights.
