A big congrats to Tracy, the newest Featured Stamper! She has such a beautiful gallery & after much browsing, I chose THIS to case. I kept the birds theme & stitched layer, but I used different images, different colors & drew a frame around my birds instead of a die cut frame.
I put the cardinals into my Misti, stamped, colored then overstamped them. They were stamped off to the left side a bit because I wanted room to add some snowflakes & I had already planned to draw a box frame around them. The cardinals were masked & the snowflakes stamped w/ the Distress ink then a layer of designer paper was added behind.
Congrats again, Tracy! Thanks so much for looking. Closeups & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Your cardinals are wonderful! Their colors match those of the cardinals I'm looking at in my back yard. We have 3 pairs that brighten our winter each year. Thanks for sharing this beautiful card!

Thought I recognized that lovely Serendipity stamp! I love the way you coloured them as a male and a female. Cardinals are so devoted to each other as pairs! Beautiful design - love the framing and the snowflakes in the background!

You drew the frame? I would have a mess if I tried that! I love the bird theme, and the change to Winter is wonderful with those adorable cardinals. Gorgeous card, mf!
