Decided that this card, in spite of its rainbow of colors, needed a little something more. I won't even go into the disasters (yes, plural) that were my initial attempts to enhance the cats' eyes. Let's just say that my sanity dictated that I not try that yet another time.
Soooooo...
I used my white gel pen to add polka dots to some of the cats and give some of them white noses. I added some shimmer to the heart and star using Wink of Stella pen and dotted the little cat noses with Glossy Accents and added some glossy accents to the heart, star and stripes.
NOW I'm happy with the card.
What do you think?

So glad I checked out your stepped up version. I like this card even more. Yes, the cats do pop more and are more colorful. Loved your added polka dots, glossy accents and can't see the W of S, but know your cats glitter:-) TFS Debbie. Hugs
