I made this card for today's Mixability challenge using cool colors with inks and colored pencils.
I made it for my friend, Rena, whose great-niece recently passed on. Her great-niece's name was Vanora (meaning butterfly) and the family is attempting to help Vanora's older sister cope with this loss. Her sister's name is Ariana and she is six years old. The family is trying to establish a legacy of kindness for Vanora. Rena has asked friends to witness or perform an act of kindness and then make a project with a butterfly on it and the act of kindness noted on it.

Oh Toni, what a very sad reason to need this card. But what a beautiful card. Those soft butterflies and wonderful swirls are just so pretty, and the cool colours are great.
My condolences sis Toni goes out the the Ohana of Varona along with thoughts and prayers. This card is filled with gorgeousness and made with lots of love. So I am sure she is smiling down on this beauty. So my next project or card I make with a butterfly I will keep her in mind and heart as well.
