Lisa asked us to distress, I made my background with ocean blue and verveine dye ink and an embossing folder inked the folder and embossed, once dry I distressed the borders with my fingers, I printed the digi twice and fussy cut it and used foam to pop-up I tied raffia around the first layer and made a bunch of paper flowers, I used foam to glue the sentiment too, I layered with beige linen
TFL and thanks for this fun challenge

Gorgeous card, Anita! That soft embossed panel is the perfect backdrop for your lovely birds. The raffia and paper flowers are the perfect touch. Love it!

Into my favourites, I think this is beautiful. And even reading verveine as the colour of your ink, I can smell that lovely fresh citrussy lemon smell. It's my favourite from L'Occitane en Provence. Your background is beautiful, your bird image is sweet and your distressing is perfect.
