I thought I would pull out my box of Chibitronics and create a card design where the windows light up. It really is cute when you move the card into a dark area and press the button. The red, blue and yellow are much darker. The picture below shows how the windows light up.
By the way for some reason I just could not get the copper wire and sticker lights to work, I read the instruction but still nothing worked. I asked my husband who is a engineer if he wanted to see the instructions and he says no, he sits down at my craft table and on the first try gets it to work. It just figures. Ha Ha
There are lots of videos and instructions on the Chibitronics website.
Materials:
Art Glitter - Crystal
Dee's Distinctively - Snow Caps
Impression Obsession - Brick House, Carolers, Hill Landscape Layers & Fir Trees
Spellbinders - Matting Basics A
Chibitronics kit - copper wire, battery and circuit stickers

What a fabulous creation with the lit up windows. It's so pretty and makes it look even more wintry. I looked on your blog and saw those pretty deer in your yard, too.

What a lovely scene! I think it looks amazing all lit up for Christmas! The lights are a fantastic addition to your card which would have looked wonderful even without them! TFS

Really cute card...love the lights in the windows! The same thing happened to me when I made my first card with the lights! I worked and worked on mine. My husband fixed it first time! You made a wonderful scene!

Snow cute! Love the adorable scene you created. Fabulous die-cuts. It's very sweet. Love the lights in the house, different colors even. Amazing. I'm Diane, too and I have an engineer husband. I can so relate to your story. Beautiful card. TFS
