For my kids' vsn challenge. I helped my second grade math group kids to fold and stamp these. I'd already copied the names and numbers. If you look closely, the numbers are from real life. i. e., number of legs on a spider. It's a math group, after all!
The surprises on the inside are symbols relating to Thanksgiving. The idea is to have the kids interact, exploring ideas about the holiday.
Symbols include a Pilgrim couple, a native couple, the Mayflower, harvest, turkey, pumpkin, cornucopia.

Fun and educational...very clever!
I have several young great-nieces I will see at Christmastime...looks like a great project for them!
