Recently visited my stamping buddies from Iowa. We did have a wonderful time. Gail, Tonda and Sherri shared some goodies with me. This card was made with them. Tonda gave me some silver paper....it does magic. You can use it like a stencil because it is slightly tacky on the backside. First I cut out the snowflake die with the silver paper, and by accident happened to notice it made a great stencil. I deembossed using the silicone pad with the die, put the silver die cut over it and with my finger and night of navy used it like a stencil. Cut out the other dies and assembled. It really gives the look of depth with out an actual die cut. TFL

Oh, wow, Linda!! You are so right about the depth of the main element on your card. It is striking and you did an outstanding job creating it! I love it, just as I love all of your masterpieces!!

I was just sitting here and I said to myself, self isn't it great Linda has uploaded 3 amazingly beautiful cards this week. Then the penny dropped...I have the letter H in Favs of the Week. All jokes aside it is fabulous to see your beautiful creations and read about the process. It must have been wonderful to play with Tonda, Gail and Sherri.

What fun to go shopping with some other fun SCS friends. Stunning Christmas card and love the colors you added. I am going to have to see if I can find this magic silver paper.
