Fran has created an extra special card with a super shiny background. The background panel was made with a Double Embossing technique. Peel one backing sheet from the sticky panel and adhere it to a panel of white cardstock. Apply VersaMark ink generously to one side of the Diamond Grid Stencil, peel off the other backing sheet and place the stencil firmly on the sticky paper. Sprinkle Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel through all the holes in the stencil, a tiny scoop is very helpful for this. Tap off excess and heat until melted. Carefully remove stencil without bending by laying it stencil side down on the table and peeling the paper off the stencil. Apply Pirate Gold Embossing Powder to the remaining sticky area, tap off excess and heat again until melted. Adhere panel to front of folded card as shown. Stamp, color and die cut hydrangea, butterfly and oval for birthday greeting. Emboss greeting on oval with VersaMark ink and Midnight Black Embossing Powder. Flowers were colored with Copic markers and "faux splattered" by pouncing the marker tip randomly on the flower.
