This card is my submission to Robin Lee's color challenge. Her color combination is Berry Burst, Tranquil Tide, Crumb Cake, and Gold. This is a beautiful color combination, Robin!
I had to substitute other colors that closely relate to Berry Burst and Tranquil Tide. I used the Hero Arts November Kit products to create the card. The bulb stamp from the kit is featured on the card. I stamped three bulbs, gold embossed the tops, and added gold cord. The center bulb is made into a shaker bulb with the word JOY embossed onto a piece of heat-resistant acetate. I stamped the border of the card base with lines of bulbs in gold ink. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fabulous Christmas card you made Bev. I am still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor here so I do not know where to begin. I love these 3 elegant bulbs lying in the snow- that is so unexpected my friend and I love the effect. Then you made the one bulb a shaker bulb with a fabulous sentiment inside (wow!). The white frame that showcases your image so beautifully is perfect, then you stamp this wonderful gold border of bulbs around the outside edge of the card- that is the crème de la crème on this fabulous card Bev! ~Karen.
