For Tricia's Grateful CAS challenge today, I went with a simple thank you card. This is my first time using this SU set.
I started by stamping the sentiment in black and then embossing clear over it. Then I inked up the wheat with scattered straw and spritzed with water and stamped over again with wild honey and no water.
Then I grabbed a piece of gray paper and stamped the wood slices all over. Colored them up with my Spectrum Noir markers. I was worried that my coloring was a bit off, so I was happy to see that people thought it was DP.
Popped the whole thing up on foam squares and thought about adding some twine somewhere, but decided against it to keep it CAS.

Love this simple layout and the like that woodgrain dp too. Recently cut down a small tree in my yard that was growing to close to the house. Thinking I could make a lot of these little wooden circles with it.
