So glad that Judy's challenge this morning made me try this technique again - so far my only attempt that has made it into the gallery. I have bought at least one open stock white crayon and two different packs just to get the white one in the past. This time I used a special wax resist crayon from the manufacturers of Brusho, which I bought last year, along with a Taylored Expressions embossing folder and a Brilliance pad.
Added the cord bow and sentiment, then a wooden snowflake painted with white acrylic and dipped in silver glitter. The next mat layer is edged with a silver pen.
I think I have enough Christmas cards - I only chose the snowflake ef and the peacock colours as a second choice because I really wanted to use up a little stencilled panel. But it covered up too much of the background, so I ditched it.

Fantastic results with the technique Sabrina! I love the softness of the snowflakes and your two tone color bg. The silver embellishments & framing are lovely too!

THIS should be the sample card - wow! It's so beautiful. I love your double color and the awesome results you got. I will have to search for that crayon!

I had to laugh at your description, Sabrina. The Oh, No, really got to me. That's how I felt making a Thanksgiving card, but then I remembered my neighbors, whose card I just slip into their box. I really like your results, even if you have to save this card for next year!!! Hugs.
