It looks like I used an awful lot of different brands of stamps on this from my details below, and in fact I did, but the main image - that lady with her hydrangea - was made from several Character Constructions stamps, which are designed to be mixed and matched to create these paper dolls. The blue BG is part of a masterboard I made using brayered Paper Artsy paints, overstamped with Archival Ink (the TH and IO stamps are where those are), and there's a scalloped DP section beneath. The sun is a Magenta stamp and the sentiment comes from an AO set. The houses stamped at the bottom of the tag are from Paper Artsy.
This is an odd-sized card - 4 X 8. It was built around the tag, and will fit loosely in a business size envelope. I could make a custom envelope for it that would fit better, I suppose, but when the time comes I doubt I will.
Wish the pic were better but it will have to do, I don't feel like spending the next hour messing with it. The card took so long to make (decisions, decisions...) that I think I've spent quite enough time with it. Time to move on!

Her big hydrangea looks almost like some supremely fancy walking stick and goes so well with her top hat. She looks all set for a stage performance. I just love the blues in your background.

Another FAB card!!! I love the karft tag as a topper for your masterboard. The stamped buildings at the bottom are so cool and your CC lady is a delight! Sweet, sweet card sure made me smile!
