In order to get the striped paper under the flowers I had to cut them out. Guess I should have just water colored around them. But it wasn't too bad doing the cutting. I cut the panel I had printed this digi on with a Sizzix die, but then cutting out the flowers, I turned it into a frame instead. Stamped the sentiment and cut the "Smile".
