I love her blue background with the yellow and red flowers. I will try that combo on a future card, but I was curious to try a purple and yellow combo. I might make another that's has a lighter background. I really like the idea and effect of the swiping of the paint.
This card will go to my neighborhood who is retiring after many years in a stressful job. The inside says "Let the Bliss Begin". Ha. It comes from a wedding set, but I thought it worked perfectly for this kind of card too.

I have always loved a color palette of purples and yellows - your mixed media card really fits the bill for me! Hurry up, Spring! I hope your neighbor experiences lots retirement bliss too. We have found we are as busy now as we were when we both worked full time *haha* probably a good thing (she winks).
