Pam is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has given us some rich autumn colors to work with, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry, the six C's! The dessert option this week is "gratitude." I don't think I really qualify for dessert with this card, but this is the card I needed this week.
I am in love with this new set from Gina K and Simon Says Stamp. It is so pretty, and great when you need a quick card—no coloring, no fussy cutting, just stamp and go! What's more, 100% of the sales from this stamp set are going to help those in need after the recent devastating hurricanes.
I made a strip of my own "DS" paper, using the Rock 'n Roll technique, and also used a small strip of a retired DS paper. I embossed the Cherry Cobbler layer with a 3-D leaf embossing folder, and cut the wreath with a stitched circle die.
Voila!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Oh, you have made a gorgeous card with this wonderful Gina K stamp set. I have been "noodling" on this stamp set and seeing your card here makes me want to get it now. The rock n roll method works so beautifully with these flowers. What a wonderful sentiment to frame out with this lovely soft wreath. ~Karen.
