For Karen's TLC challenge- splash watercolor using Loll's tutorial
I had fun most of today making splash watercolored panels
Keeping with a CAS style (which is difficult for me) I used a 3 color palette for this technique and a neutral color textured CS for for the bg.
I must admit, it appears to be somber in color, but makes the purple diecut & heat embossed flowers stand out nicely. The picture doesn't capture all the colors and looks much better IRL.
I have 1 quart canning jar filled with buttons, which looks great on my shelf as a decorative element in my craft room, and decided to use a dark purple button & white/silver twine to gather/anchor the flowers.
The sentiment is stamped with DOX iced spruce.
This was a fun technique and enjoyed playing with a bunch of colors.

I love your soft Splash circle background for your pretty stamped and die cut flowers. Your button and bow are wonderful embellishments for your CAS card.
BTW, if you edit your keyword to add CAS you will get so many more views. Hugs

This is so pretty!! Love the splash background. Your flowers really do pop with the bright purple. The button and twine are perfect finishing touches. Thanks for entering the challenge on my blog!
