I stamped the banner in red ink onto a piece of white cardstock. I lined up the bells in the opening in the banner, and inked up the bow part with a red marker. After I cleaned my stamp, I inked up the bells with Versamark, stamped, and sprinkled on gold embossing powder. I brushed away any that got on the bow, and heat set it. I did this one more time, to get a smoother finish. I fussy cut the banner, and matted it with a dark teal cardstock, to coordinate with my patterned papers.
I cut 2 panels of "Fa La La" paper, and adhered them to a scrap of white cardstock, just to hold them together while I added my ribbon. I wrapped 1/4" wide red satin ribbon around the seam, and taped it to the back. I adhered my banner over the ribbon, and mounted my panel to a white card base. Finally, I tied a bow with more ribbon, sealed the ends with my We R Memory Keepers Ribbon Cutter, and adhered it to my card with a glue dot.
