It seems that Orlando's cousin, Orson, had been roosting in my attic in the shape of a napkin.
I took the backing off the napkin so it would be thinner and used gel medium on a sponge brush to adhere it, along with some tissue paper onto a piece of light orange Haloweeny scrapbooking paper. His eyes glow from the neon glitter pen and of course he needed fluffy wings. He now lives among a Stampscape tree.

Huge big smiles here. (Although when I see "Orlando", my first thought is always the marmalade cat). That owl was already adorable, with his feathers he looks like a just-fledged hatchling.
