I converted to inches (very roughly) after watching Christina Griffiths wonderful tutorial:
(Seriously, ALL her tutorials are wonderful!)
I managed to get something that fits into a “invitation” envelope which is a bit larger than an A2 standard size.

It looks lovely, Angie. I don't think I've seen seen one quite those dimensions before. If you want easy inches, look for the Spring Card in Tutorials, but it finishes up square.
