With limited time and no aspiration to be a Yeti, I'm daisy-picking the challenges that help me to achieve personal goals. I've checked carefully and Lydia's A challenge doesn't say it has to be Christmas, so here's a birthday card. Ever since I got a large pack of Sharpies I have wanted to give the Alcohol Marker Marbling tutorial another go. I've always had to just carefully drip some alcohol inks on before.
Verdict - I'll stick to using inks. Maybe Copics work better than Sharpies. It's the same bottle of rubbing alcohol I've been using for the last two years, and the same glossy card. I only used this because glossy card is too costly to waste. I've loved all the backgrounds I made before with this technique.
Added the chevron die-cut and some stamped numbers, then the Dymo sentiment and gold glitter arrow. Inside it says Happy Birthday. Had to computer generate an insert with a more funky font than any of my stamps!
