For today's fiber challenge- I used a favorite Mummy stamp and sentiment from The Cat's Pajamas- and thought about how I could give it that unraveled and tattered look. Got out my modge podge, got thin ripped strips of paper napkin wet with modge podge, and started attaching them. Added some waxed dental floss to anchor it too. Background is a gold embossed spider web, surrounded by Halloween themed dps- adding a twine/button combo and strip of Halloween fabric as my embellishments.

Julia, I love your napkin mummy. I expect some mummies at my door next week. Your spider in gold embossing looks like the perfect backdrop for that little guy.
