I am obsessed with no-line watercolouring right now.
I started by stamping this spray of flowers in light brown ink (Sahara sand). I then watercoloured with zigs, going over the images a few times to add shading. When finished I decided it needed something else, so I placed my image back in my Misti and stamped over top of my watercolouring with a medium brown ink. Luckily it all lined up.
The brown ink gave definition to the images, but remained soft with the watercolouring. A white gel pen added a few details to the flowers to finish.

Love how the brown stamping worked out - I would never have thought of using that color, but it is perfect - keeps the stamped image intact but so much softer than black.
