This card was designed for the SC668 Sketch Challenge using the new Musical Season stamp set and coordinating framelits.
I am also linking to the S2S17PP "Add Layers" Challenge (if you count the ribbon, 10 layers :-)) as well as the USEIT2017 Challenge since this is the first time I have used the Musical Instruments Framelits as well as some of the images in the Musical Season stamp set.
I have more details and free step by step instructions on My Blog :-)
See, quick and easy- love this new SU! stamp set- we have many musical relatives and it will be perfect for cards all year round for them!
Thanks again for looking- hugs and I hope you have a wonderful week!

This is such an elegant card, Julie. I love - the french horn - did you add ink to the foil? The papers are beautiful and. I like the touch of silver thread - beautiful!

Outstanding in the black/white. The musical theme is terrific, especially with the die-cut instrument. Wonderfully embellished. Very nicely done with the layout. TFS

Pretty....Being a brass player I noticed your horn right away...lovely sponging on him, looks so pretty over that black and white...TFs..:0)
------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
Great card, wow, love the color of the French horn against the black and white and the thread under the sentiment. You said quick and easy? Sure, only about 100 steps and layers! : ) (I'm a little unclear about the horn foil/cardstock/inking/Versamark in/etc!)

Thanks everyone for your sweet and encouraging comments! BJean, I die cut the french horn from Silver Foil cardstock, inked the scroll image with Archival Black ink, stamped onto the French Horn die cut and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder. I have created my blog post with the step by step instructions and linked it in the description :-) Hugs and I hope this helps- thanks again!
