This is just a quick Halloween card for my SIL. She is a Betty Boop fan, so I made her a fun card with her on it. I found this picture on the computer and had to use it. Plus had a new di-cut gifted to me so had to find a way to use it as well. This is also for the color challenge for today. Made her outfit close to the one color and had orange and black with a soft cream with her skin tone. Had another sentiemtn with the light cream but ended up putting it on the inside as I liked how Betty was on her own in the front. SO I hope her skin is close enough. I colored her with markers and pencil crayon.raised the 2 layers and added the corners. I could not decide on what color to add as base card stock so after like half an hour I decided...hey make the black its own base..LOVE it...just added a piece to the back. Thank you for the visit.

Your SIL is going to flip out when she receives this fabulous card from you! What fun to combine Halloween and Betty Boop (I love her too!) together in one great card! I love your fancy cardbase frame too! ~Karen.
